Impact Internship (Fulltime)
The Role
At SHIFT Invest, you will work directly with the Impact Officer to support our annual impact reporting cycle. Alongside this, you’ll get the chance to dive into real-life impact cases involving potential new investments, contribute to the investment strategy, and help refine our approach to measuring and managing impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with collecting, analysing, and communicating impact data and stories for our annual report.
- Support our team with impact analyses on potential and portfolio investments, helping to evaluate environmental outcomes. Conduct thematic research to integrate new sustainability insights and developments into our investment strategy.
- Help develop and implement new and existing frameworks and tools to advance our impact measurement and management practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Academic background or relevant experience in sustainability, impact investing, ESG, or related fields.
- Analytical, data-savvy, and attentive to detail, with an aptitude for research.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time well. Proactive, pragmatic, and curious people do well in small organisations like ours!
- Effective communication skills in English, and ideally also Dutch (or willing to learn).
